Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to view and use the course materials for your own personal or business development.

Usage Restriction: This license is for YOU only. Sharing your login credentials, cloud folder links, or downloaded assets with others is a direct violation of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this domain and within the course structure—including video lessons, proprietary prompts, downloadable PDFs, and source code—is the exclusive intellectual property of The AI Video Path.

You Agree NOT To:

Re-upload our content to YouTube, Drive, or torrent sites.
Resell or sublicense our materials.
Create a competing "AI Video" course using our exact curriculum structure or assets.

3. Educational Disclaimer & Liability

This course is an educational resource. We provide the tools and methods, but we cannot do the work for you.

No Income Guarantees: We make no claims that you will earn a specific amount of money using these skills. Your results depend entirely on your market, effort, and execution.
Third-Party Tools: We teach you how to use various AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Midjourney, HeyGen). We are not responsible for pricing changes or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we detect:

Suspicious login activity (e.g., logging in from 10 different countries in one day).
Distribution of our copyrighted material.
Abusive behavior towards our support staff or community members.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
